By accessing or using Lumatara ("the Service"), operated by Lumatara, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Lumatara is a personal command center that helps you track investments, manage bookmarks, read RSS feeds, and organise personal information. The Service is provided as-is for personal, non-commercial use. Features may change or be discontinued at any time.

3. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Financial data disclaimer

Lumatara displays portfolio and investment data for informational purposes only. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security.

NAV data, exchange rates, and market prices displayed may be delayed or inaccurate. Always verify data directly with your broker or fund house before making financial decisions.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Service without written permission.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or any content that infringes third-party rights.

6. Your data

You own all data you import or create in Lumatara. We do not claim any ownership over your personal data. You can export or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.

7. Third-party integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (e.g. Zerodha, AMFI, Supabase). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.

8. Intellectual property

The Lumatara name, logo, and all original content on the Service are the property of Lumatara and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the accuracy of any data displayed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumatara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including any losses based on financial decisions made using data from Lumatara.

10. Changes to the Service and these terms

We may modify these terms or the Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
